Added new Viva Connections Cards
ADAPTATIVE MAINTENANCE
In this new version of TŌGŌ, we have added new adaptive cards that allow users to open the Activity Center, Favourites, Drafts, Feedback, Bookmarks, and Applications. By providing easy access to frequently used TŌGŌ features, the cards in theViva Connections Panel help users save time while navigating the application.
SEARCH
Allow changing the search scope in the Suggestions and Search Center
USER EXPERIENCE
To enhance the search experience for users, we have added a new selector that allows them to choose the search scope. Users will now be able to filter by all content within TŌGŌ, only content from the community where the user is located, or from a specific list or library. This will allow them to receive results that are better tailored to their needs.

DASHBOARD
Custom sorting now allows selecting “direction”
USER EXPERIENCE
In the latest version, we added the option to create a custom ranking in Dashboard views. In this one, we have improved the custom sorting feature by allowing users to select the “direction” in which they want to sort the data. We also allow two identical IDs with different sort orders. This will provide more flexibility for users when creating a custom classification.

Configuration of the search properties by Vertical
USER EXPERIENCE
An option is added in the Vertical configuration to add new data to the card layouts in Search. This provides more flexibility for administrators to extend the layouts provided by TŌGŌ.
WEBPARTS
Hide TŌGŌ webparts in SharePoint sites out- of-the-box
USER EXPERIENCE
We have hidden TŌGŌ webparts from out-of-the-box SharePoint sites so that TŌGŌ does not interfere with sites that are not togified. Therefore, TŌGŌ webparts will only be available on togified sites.
APPLICATIONS
Expired applications no longer appear in the App Launcher

We have made improvements to ensure that expired applications do not appear in the App Launcher. This will help users to easily access the relevant applications without being overwhelmed by irrelevant ones.

We have changed the process that generates the external notifications to ensure that users receive relevant and timely notifications without any delay.

DASHBOARD
No results when filtering by Content Type with spaces in its name
BUG FIXING
We have addressed an issue related with dashboard not returning results when filtering by Content Type with spaces in its name. So now users will see all results regardless of the name used by the administrator when configuring the add-on.
USER PROFILE HEADER
Synchronise the user’s profile picture
BUG FIXING
We have fixed user picture sync when editing from user profile header. This helps users to centralize TŌGŌ update.
Keep the formatting of the job title in the header
USER EXPERIENCE
From this version, we will not put the job title in lower case, leaving the format assigned by the administrator in the user’s profile.
PAGES
News is duplicated when created with template
BUG FIXING
A piece of news is duplicated when it is created from the TŌGŌ form with an associated template. This causes confusion for the editors, since they have two copies of the same news. We have fixed this problem, leaving only one copy in the directory specified by the publisher.
Page layouts are modified when editing metadata from the TŌGŌ form.

Fixed the problem that changed the layout of a news item after editing its metadata from the TŌGŌ form.
WEBPART TOUR
Not all steps of the tour are shown
BUG FIXING
We have fixed an issue related to the scroll of the Tour, so now users can see all the steps of the Tour correctly.
ADDONS FORMS
The image selector allows you to choose more than one image.
USER EXPERIENCE
We have limited the image selector to allow only one image to be selected when necessary. This makes it easy for administrators to manage images in forms, which simplifies content editing.
TEMPLATES
Error when saving templates in the library.
BUG FIXING
Fixed bug that did not allow contributors to save page or community templates in TŌGŌ. This library is used to display the list of available templates in the content creation forms.
SEARCH
Search Centre does not filter by date.
BUG FIXING
If an administrator configures a date filter that differs from the modification date, the segmentation of results does not work well. This has been fixed so that users get the correct results when filtering.
ANALYTICS
Incorrect date format for some locations.
BUG FIXING
For some locations, such as Arabic or Thai, an incorrect date format is saved when recording TŌGŌ Analytics. Dates are now normalized so that the same date format is always saved for all actions.
